ORDER PAYMENT METHODS

Aside from accepting major credit cards,Purchase Orders are also accepted. Items may be ordered from our website, then upon checkout, simply click the “Purchase Order” option. Please fax confirming PO to Air Tech (949.661.2454)

We may call or email to verify cardholder ID, or purchase order authority, for your security.



SHIPPING

UPS Ground is our general shipping method. Orders of six or more chairs may ship via appropriate common carrier or manufacturer's truck.

No shipping will appear on your sale print-out at the time that your order is placed. We will email (and/or call) with the actual shipping charge amount for your approval. Orders will process when shipping cost approval is received.

ORDER PROCESSING

Manufacturing time varies by manufacturer, but usually takes 10-14 business days (Add shipping time of 3-5 business days).

RETURN POLICY

Chairs are considered "Special Order" and therefore generally not returnable. However, most manufacturers have a return policy, and in those instances the following procedure will apply:

Customer must call Air Tech for an RMA Number, which is to appear on outside of shipping carton being returned.

Chairs for RMA (Return Materials Authorization must not be older than 30 days from receipt.

When requesting an RMA Number, the customer must provide the Air Tech Invoice and/or Sales Transaction Number.

We will coordinate returns to be made directly to the chair manufacturer.

Minimum 25% restocking/handling charge will apply.

For Credit, returned items must be in “New Product” condition ( Clean, free of wear, markings, scratches etc.).

Approved returns must be shipped “Freight Prepaid” by customer.
